Responsibilities:

​

1. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

2. Organizing, attending and participating in meetings.

3. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

4. Ensuring project deadlines are met.

5. Providing administrative support as needed.

6. Undertaking project tasks as required.

7. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained
appropriately for each project.

8. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

9. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

10. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

11. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

12. Writing a report after the project has been implemented.

Requirements

1. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

2. Digital literacy skills (Microsoft Excel, Power point and Microsoft Word)

3. At least a minimum of two years experience in the field

4. Ability to work on tight deadlines

We require the assistance of a sociable person to serve as a Host during the seven events which will be held on and between January 2020 and July 2020. Each of the events will be 3 hours long.

 

The following is what is expected from the person chosen to sit for this role:

​

1. Possess a V.A.T number


2. Be smart


3. Interested in cultural activities


4. Be on time and assist with the event setup, including setting up of tables for
portfolios and publications.


5. Assist with membership registration and greeting people, and other related tasks,


6. Motivate people into Assisting and introducing people to each other,


7. Assist Guest Speakers,


8. Bring Your Best Attitude!


9. Learn a bit about Outdoor Artists, It’s mission and Objectives!


10. Get ready to have fun and meet likewise people from different areas of the
cultural sector!


11. Help with promoting the event whenever necessary,


12. Ability to be flexible in tasks and an independent self-driven person.
